Day 1: Arrival in Juba

You will arrive at Juba International Airport, where the Tiang safaris team will warmly welcome you. Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Juba City.

You will then spend the afternoon at your leisure, perhaps relaxing at your hotel or taking a brief introductory stroll around the city in preparation for your journey south.

Later in the evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner at your hotel and receive a briefing about your upcoming exploration trip.

Day 2: Journey to Bor - Gateway to the Sudd

We shall drive to Bor immediately after breakfast, where you will be warmly greeted by our team. Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Bor.

In the evening you might choose to relax by the riverside, soaking in the atmosphere of the White Nile, or opt for a guided tour of Bor, exploring the local culture and sights.

Enjoy a delicious dinner at your hotel, preparing for your wetland adventure the following day.

Day 3: To Bor Town and Your Island Camp - Setting the Stage for Fishing

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Bor Town (approximately 3 hours). Enjoy the changing landscapes as you journey towards the gateway of the Sudd Swamp.

In the morning after breakfast, you will embark on a captivating 1-hour boat ride into the Sudd’s waterways. You’ll be transported to a carefully selected island location where your comfortable camp will be set up, offering an immersive experience within the wetland or will shall return to Bor and then drive back to juba.

As dusk approaches, join local fishermen for a scouting boat ride. This provides an invaluable opportunity to learn about the best fishing spots and the nuances of angling in the Sudd, increasing your chances of landing a prized catch.

After Lunch, we could set off for juba for about four-hour drive where you check in to your hotel and have dinner.
